not a customer yet and already disappointed

Ive been trying since wednesday to open an account with them. I was here on wednesday the lady was busy loading my information on the sistem but while she was busy doing that she was screaming numbers to theither guy working with her. She asked me 2 write 2 relatives on a paper and she left to help the other guy. She was waiting for my husband to get bank statements that they didnt ask us to get beforehand. She ways away 10 min. She came back 10 min before the store closes. Then she said there is no one to complete the transaction. She phoned me early thursday morning told me i was approved and imust come in again. I came in at half past 4 she told me there isnsomething wrong with her system. Iwaited half an hour before she told me we must do a quotation we didthey quotation and waited another 15 min tonhere she is in the bathroom. Waited another 10min and decided to leave. I phoned this morning no i must come in again. I am at the shop and already waiting half an hour for the lady to pitch up. This is very disappointing.
