Non working cooler

I bought Salton air cooler on the 27 October 2023, so yesterday I went to the shop to return it as it just on but is not responding so there was a lady who was helping me by the name of Nomalnga she called the other guy saying is a rep for Salton I must go home she will call me by the end of the day since I have been waiting for the call untill today on the 28 of November 2023 I went to the shop again for follow up but I was told she's off when they called her to ask about my issue she said she was going to call me how can you call me when your off, I need it refund to buy another one or I can exchange with a fan of the R1900 I have a 5 months old baby I bought that thing because it was hot but I guess the hi fi corporation the one for South gate doesn't care about their customers, I worked hard for that money I bought I can't wait for 7 days or 21 days for me to get response , am ****ed off
