Non negotiable prices at hifi

I came to buy a speaker from hifi corp and requested a discount as the packaging was damaged. It was clear that this box had been opened before and the speaker taken out and resealed. The manager refused to give me a discount. And just so you know, it has been rumoured that they sell refurbished goods as first hand
