Non existent customer service. Only care about money

I'm sitting with a defective refrigerator which is not even a month old. My complaint is neglected. Tired of doing follow ups. Instead now I received an sms that says matter resolved. How? I can't even buy proper groceries for my kids. So wish I had read FB reviews before buying
