Non-existent customer service

This company is by far the worst to buy online from. The is absolutely not communication between themselves, their courier company (JD Group Supply Chain Services) as well as the client. There is is the second time I have to wait ages for my delivery. There is absolutely no post-sale customer service, to a point where even the consultant will not give you their name or call refence.
