Non existant helpline
I tried ordering a fridge freezer on line from their website, as they offer free on line delivery on orders over R350.00. When I went to check out my purchase a delivery fee of R500.00 was added! I phoned the N1 City branch and was told the delivery price is R250.00, not R500.00. I tried again, and again this R500.00 charge was added. I then phoned their helpline number, selected option 3 for on line shopping, only to be continuously cut off after ringing several times!
