Non delivery of product and no communication

I bought a cellphone online on 29 November 2019. Today is 5 December 2019 and the cellphone has not been delivered to me. On the Hifi Corp tracking system the cellphone is still at their warehouse and ready to be collected by Fedex. This was supposed to be a gift for my son for doing well at school. I am very disappointed by the non existent communication and disregard for customer experience. I have always shopped at Hifi for most of my household electrical appliances for the past 10 years. I will never attempt to use their online service and their stores again nor recommend anyone to use that service. The company has no regard for customer experience and can not account for what their promise in their adverts. Frankly this amounts to false adverti*****t
