Non-delivery of item ordered online

I ordered a fridge online as part of their black friday sale on 28 November. They immediately debited my credit card in this respect. On their website they promise delivery between 2 to 5 working days. Despite contacting Hifi corporation via email, their chat line (which in my opinion is useless as all they said on both occasions that they will excalate the query and I should receive an sms and a call within 24 hours. Was never contacted in this regard) and calling their online call center (first two times i called after holding for about 30 minutes the call was dropped and has to call again and hold again) I was not able to get any explanation regarding when the fridge will be delivered and what the issue was with the delivery. On the 16th of December I finally decided to canceled the order and buy the fridge from another company. Very disappointed with the service
