NON-DELIVERY OF GOOD BY HI-FI CORPORATION

Placed an online order on 25/01/2020. paid and confirmation of order processed received. on25th was contacted by the delivery person to confirm that my order will be delivered on the 26th , I then received and sms from HI-Fi Corporation stating that my delivery has been moved to 30th of January 2021. on the 29th received another sms to stating delivery moved to 2nd of February. on 31st January received yet another sms stating delivery moved to 3rd. Delivery has not been received. i contacted Hi-FI corporation only to be given a reference number and be told some one will call be from the online department. How it is that you can take my money and not deliver my goods.
