Non delivery and zero communication

Placed an order on their online platform early on Wednesday morning They promise 3 to 6 days delivery from date of order Well today is day 6, and my order is still stuck in the the second stage "order picking in progress" same since last week Thursday. Zero communication on why my order is late Save yourself the frustrations and DONT buy from HiFi Corp, they hv no ideas what service is and their online platform is a mess. Even if you call their service center repeats the same info you get on their online tracker, what's the point of a call centre then
