Non Compliant to returns policy.

The staff of Liberty Promenade violate consumer rights to the core and still has the odasity to tell you to go to consumer protection. Bought a TV in January 2018. Last week the TV broke, it did not want to turn on. When we took the TV back the Manager made comments such as why after all the time suddenly now before the guarantee is about to expire does the TV not want to work. She did not give us any option but to send it away for repairs. When I asked if I can't have another TV or my money they refused me insisting it can only be sent for repairs. The 1 Star Review is still too much for such service and staff attitudes.
