Non-co-operation from HiFi Corporation

HiFi Corporation sent me a watch I had purchased online. On the item entry it said Ip56 waterproof. When I received it, the packaging read "water resistant", which means it is rain-proof, but you can't swim with the watch on. When I wanted to return the item I was told to take it to the nearest store. There is no store close to me and I work fto 8 to 5 every weekday. I feel that companies who are willing to sell online must also be able to handle returns remotely. When, after a few e.mails, I spoke to Head Office, I was told that a courier would be sent. The next e.mail just reiterated that I take the item to the "nearest store". I called again and just received another e.mail saying that I should destroy the watch. A huge waste of time and phone calls later, I still don't have my waterproof watch. I have now sent an e.mail with the photo of the item. I would appreciate Hellopeter's assistance, please.
