Nomalanga and Side kick- South Gate branch

I was given attitude by to women working in their customer care department, zero work ethic. Have to pay a 15% fee for opening a product that I was told is compatability with my device only to find out that it does not even work. I was told by someone working on the floor that it is compatible with any device only to find out that the information is incorrect.
