No transparency

Bought a fridge on the 4th of February 2020, on the 11th Feb they updated the progress that was 9:55am. To this day nothing is happening. I have phoned their customer twice already and they promised to get back to me, which they never did. My biggest worry is I'm leaving town tomorrow, I've been waiting for my order for more than 6 working days now. All I asked for was a communication, it was stipulated on the page that delivery within 2-6 working days. Please remove that, as it is not true. Really disappointed and depressed at the same time. Hope that delivery won't affect me financially. Will never buy from this store again.
