No Stock on Specials

<p>I cannot believe that with the Consumer Protection Act in place, that a company of this national standing can still advertise a TV on special - twice - and not have stock to accommodate that special.</p> <p> </p> <p>I purchased a TV from Hi Fi Corp in Port Elizabeth 3 weeks ago - the "last" one on the special - which had only just started. Once we opened the TV up and switched in on, we discovered that there was a row of dead pixels on the screen.</p> <p>We returned the TV to the store the following morning, only to be told they currently dont have stock , but it should be arriving in the next 2 weeks.</p> <p> </p> <p>WELL - we are now at the end of week 3 - the TV is again on special - and AGAIN the store does not have stock. They keep saying that the supplier is not sending them stock.</p> <p> </p> <p>Bull**** - surely the marketing manager of Hi Fi Corp needs to make sure that stock is available in all the stores nationwide, before advertising that a product is on special.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am really really tired of waiting - I have never received such terrible service - no one from the store has even phoned or communciated with me regarding the TV I am waiting for.</p> <p> </p> <p>UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!</p>
