No service, Warranty Claim

I do not even know where to begin.

I purchased a Hisense 50" LED Television on 10/05/2014, for the only reason as Hisense has a 4 Year Warranty as explained to me by the Sales Representative at that time.

On 12/03/2017 the screen just went dead. " Ok no issue TV has a 4 year Warranty..."

On 13/03/2017 early morning before 10:00 I take the tv to the store to have it sent for repairs, get told to please take the tv home as they ( the store ) will log the warranty repair request on my behalf. Yet again I thaught that is great service.... The store takes my details ect...

I was told that the repair agents would be in contact with me within 24/48 hours.

For some reason My gutfealing tells me to go onto Hi-Fi Corp website to try and log the repair request myself. I ask to be contacted...

I get told by the representive that mailed me that I can take the tv to the store for repairs... with these to sides of information and confusion I phone the store to ask what is the correct prosedure, as i am getting two stories. And speaking to the store manager he confirms they have to log the request.

Late the afternoon I phone the store to talk to the Manager to get the reference number for the service request that was supposed to be made, but no luck. Store systems offline and slow, IT running around and the Lady that works in the service department is not there as she is sick. So if the repairs department staffmenber is sick nobody can sort a repair? Problem.....

14/03/2017. I get a call from the service department Lady from the store, asking me for details on the tv, and what is the problem.... after I have explained this already to the Manager. So by 13:15 that day the request has still not been given to the suppliers... I phone again later the afternoon but still can not get any feedback if the request has been logged...

Today 15/03/2017 at about 14:00 I go to the store to get Information/ Reference number for the request as phoning the store has no success. Got the Reference number, great. But warranty claim only been logged 14/03/2017 at 16:15.

Asking the Manager when the 21 Working Day clause start? On the 14/03/2017 is his reply.

(Hi-Fi Corp take note that I will work from the 13/03/2017 as the start of the 21 Working day clause start date as it is not my fault that your store can not function properly.)

How long does the suppliers have to contact me?? Get told 72 Hours. Again information differs...

Still 14/03/2017 at 18:00 I phone to the store to talk to the manager as he promised he would give me feedback today still. His reply to me... He has left 3 messages for the suppliers but not getting any response from them. Then tell me that do not just ignore me if you do not have awnsers. Tell that to me.

What do I have to do to just get help to get my TV fixed as it is a warranty claim.

DSTV is paid for. So now we have to pay for something we cannot use and the store does not feel a damb about its customers. I understand and know that a repair cannot happen overnight, but.

Not logging the issue and only having it logged after 30 hours after my original request is not Fair....

And I see that Hisense does not sell 50" tv's anymore, and if my current model can not be repaired do not even think of giving me a 49" with the same specs. If i wanted a 49" I would have done so from the beginning.

Please assist as soon as possable as, as a brand you guys have already started off with a cant care attitude and I will not tolerate that.

I will respect the 21 Working day clause, but on my terms as clearly the store cannot sort out a basic claim request. Thus the 21 day repair clause will start on 13/03/2017 and not 14/03/2017 when the store finaly logged my warranty repair request.
