No service to complain about.... Do not buy anything online

I wanted to purchase a product store pick up it shows in stock but won't let me purchase it. I send an email no no there is no stock then..... I order online pay delivery fee and everywhere it says 2-5 business days till delivery.... That was a joke so I send a message online and they say they will log a complaint and I should get a response in 24 hours otherwise if not I must come query the complaints progress so who knows when I will get my package....maybe 2024 at the rate we are going.
