No Service or feedback

Had to order a kettle that only was available on line. Product paid and tracking shows product at courier partner. After several inqueries still no answer or feedback wat the problem is. They dont come back to you. Last update on tracking was 27 Nov 2018. Product order on 21 Nov 2018. Wanted product for birthday present which in any case lapsed already.
