No Service at all at Hi-Fi Corp Kenilworth

Worst ever service experienced by Hi-Fi Corp Kenilworth branch. Did online application was told to go into the branch will all docs, came to the branch first waited for 15mins in the refunds room, until someone finally came and assisted the 8 cst`s they noticed standing there. Then I was taken from there by one of the sales consultants to the front of the store to confirm and do the application, she told just to wait a few minutes she`ll get someone to assist me 40 mins gone by no assisted still finally for her then to come to me say, "i thought someone helped you" the worst pathetic cst service ever
