No service

I have ordered an Xbox one S ONLINE I pay and once the money comes off my account it get a notification it's been cancelled. I have spent the past week on the phone trying to get answers no one can track my payment no one calls me back they honestly do not care. I don't want a refund I want the stock I ordered this is pathetic. I now sit waiting the longest 20min of my life for over a week with not a single response or attempt to fix this. I will never recommend Hi Fi corp to anyone
