No returns "service"

I have ordered 4 school bags from Hi FI crop online platform when it arrived, I checked the bags. One clip broke, phoned in to exchanged. They advised me they can't and I have to log a complaint and that someone will call me within 24 hours, 4 and half days later no one phoned. I phoned in again to find out what's going on, again no clear answer.
