No response on online order and unwilling to assist with refund

I purchased a washing machine online from HI-FI corporation on 15 February. They have a 'track your order' feature which never updated with any information. I received a call today on 22 February, the 6th business day after placing the order and paying, to say that they do not have stock but they are seeing what they can do. No idea when the could deliver or whether they would actually find anything. I asked for an immediate refund and was told that it would take 10-14 days. The person I spoke to couldn't understand why I was upset and hung up the phone on me.
