No response from HIFI Corporation over account opening.

I app**** for an account at hifi corporation and was informed that I qualified with a certain amount but needed to submit my payslip etc to my nearest store. This I did but up to this day I have not received a response over a month later. I have sent numerous emails and when I try to call the call centre the phone just rings and rings. If I did not meet the requirements they could have at least let me know. I am now left in limbo wondering what has happened.
