No response from Hifi Corporation

<p>I complained about my latop 4 months ago. After a month I have bought my laptop from Hifi Corporation N1 City the clip that is connected to the laptop and screen broke off (as I opened it)and a piece of the screen went with the clip. I took my laptop in store and explained to them what happend and I was told that it is impossible for it to break off. My laptop is in perfect condition and you are able to see that there is no damage on it.</p> <p>The employee that assisted me was so rude and didnt pay attention when I explained it to him.He basically said a I am lying about what happend. I am still waiting for them to contact me as promised.</p> <p>Regardless the bad service I got I still pay my account on time every month.</p>
