No response form store or supplier

Bought a Hisense Fridge freezer two years ago. It just stopped working and was reported to Hi-Fi on Monday the 16th March 2015. They were going to contact the technician to call me and make appointment for repair. Till now no call or any communication. I am not impressed as I am sitting with no refrigerator for a week now.
