No response back, no agent calling back.

I placed an order on the 27th of July.. I keep tracking my order and it just states, "payment received". When u call the call center there is not a single person that answers the damn call after being on the phone for 5 minutes or longer. When u submit an online request to be called back, no answer. This is horrible customer service. I just want to know where my order is!! Its not like we getting the stuff for free
