No repairs done - problem persists

My dvd player was sent in for repairs as the ejector tray is not working ...

I sent it in on 13 February 2021 at HiFi Corp Centurion Mall - I phoned and collected in March 2021 ... Nobody could tell me what the fault was or what had been done - guess what - the ejector tray is still not opening !

****** pathetic service and disorganized store : they could not tell me what was wrong because it probably wasnt sent in to begin with !

This product is still under 2 year guarantee - Hifi Corp better sort this out !
