No refund or replacement.

I bought a Sony 5.2 surround sound system 11months ago at Klerksdorp Hifi Corp,October 2014. Last month the amp became faulty and did not work anymore. Took it back to Hifi Corp Klerksdorp, which is 500km drive from where I stay, and the Manager told me over the phone, because she was not at work, that there is nothing she can do, or any of her unwilling co-workers at the branch. No refund, no replacement amp, no amp to lend me. I will just have to wait until it is back from repairs. Very poor service and very bad attitude towards a client. Spent almost R50k at the branch and they are unwilling to help sort out the problem with the equipment they supp****! Very unsatisfied!!
