NO REFUND AFTER RETURNING ITEM A MONTH AGO

I returned a pot that I had bought online to the N1 City Mall branch on 31 July. The pot was still brand new...not used...not even once. Was not even taken out the box completely. It was just too big for me...hence I returned it. But one month has gone by and I have not been refunded as yet.
