No record of online order on their side!!!

Placed an order on June 21st for delivery on June 29. Order says shipped on my side but it's 1st July and I still haven't received the order. Even worse, when I call and WhatsApp them to check my order, they state that they have no record of it. I want my money!!! This is poor service!!
