NO PRICES ON ITEMS ON SHELF

I went to hi fi corp Boksburg on Saturday to get two wall mount brackets for my kids when I walked into the shop most of the staff looked dead and wear leaning on shelf's and even a Samsung TV I approached the shelf with the wall mount brackets on it and had a good look 90% of the items don't have prices on it at all so I carried on looking for maybe that one chance in hell that there might be a price but unfortunately not so I took the box to a gentleman that was near the tills and asked if he can assist me with a price I got one look and hi response its not my department and off he goes to a client looking at a TV set I then approach a other staff member and ask for assistance and they just walk off, what ever happened to customer service but I now see that hi fi corp staff don't want to help with small items as it means nothing in commission terms, I have now made my decision and will not support or even post or repost specials from hi fi corps fb page, you should change the name of hi fi corp to hi fi corp were service is 0% and prices are sharp
