No one knows how to do their job. ****** money! Pathetic service!

Purchased a gym bench. They delivered the wrong item. I receive an email asking me to take it back to the nearest branch. When I arrive, they tell me it’s an online only purchase item and they have no stock in the store as well as no stock online. I need to go home and email hi fi Corp as there is nothing they can do in the store. Absolutely pathetic service. I will never purchase anything from you again!
