No manager on duty

I went to hifi corp in n1 city on 15/01/2018. Drove all the way on my expense just so they can tell me that there is no manager today to help me. How do you run a business without a manager? I complained on their facebook page where they ignored my msgs and deleted them. I am not leaving this here and will expose them to every social media network and every newspaper.
