No information on deliveries

Last week I visited the Centurion Hi-Fi Corp and queried on delivery times during this time of the year. I was told that deliveries are done on the same day. I went tot the website and it says that deliveries are not done on weekends and next day deliveries only if the product i purchased before 12 the previous day. <br> <br> I called the landline to the shop yesterday and the first person to answer couldn't tell me if deliveries are done on Saturdays or not. 20 minutes later the phone was passed to a second person who said deliveries aren't being made because the delivery team is on holiday. Deliveries will only start next year mid January!!<br> <br> How can that be? It's the shopping season and HiFiCorp has no delivery team? Deliveries for electronics (Fridge, bed, tv and washing machine) will only begin mid January? Why not shut the whole store down then and reopen when the delivery team is back? And how can there be no deliveries on Saturdays when you can't even provide a specific time frame of delivery? Are people supposed to not go to work while they wait for items they bought for thousands of Rands?
