No honesty pathetic service just want money

3 months for technician Good day in 2022 i purchased my 1st tv cash after saving for a while the sales person was so adament even recieves discounted matched rate however my tv has issues and is under warranty 3yrs i have been waiting 3 months for hi hi fi corp to assist i was so furious i called service provider and i am still waitingi asked the peoole for copy of reciept to wich i noticed i was sold a tv with not my tv liscense as i was told to update it.my family has been with no tv why is hi fi corp in humane my children have no tv that i worked hard to save for and the seevice i am appauled

This service is pathetic
