No Help!

I always enjoyed shopping at Hi FI corporation, i really found their staff helpful and friendly...until this past week. I wanted to take out a contract i saw on promotion, 2 Vodacom smart 6 phones for 99 P/M. To my surprise i was told the lady who handles contract is not there so i can't get the phones, I went back again Sat, Sun and today (Tuesday) only to be told the same story, and worse the promotion ends on the 6th, is this some ploy or what??. If you advertise a product, then you should provide it to the customer. How is it my problem that the contract lady is not there? This is unacceptable.
