No goods received after buying online

Very very disappointed I placed an order on the 07 March 2022 and still my package is with the courier I received an SMS stating it will be delivered Monday on the 14 March and I should be at the delivering address no has called to inform me of any delays they themselves hasn't even checked to find out why nothing has been delivered they clearly state they deliver within 7 days
