No fridge and no refund

Hi Fi corporation is pathetic. I bought a fridge online on the 23rd of November and to-date no delivery. Their call centre is useless, no actions to internal complains. I have requested a refund since they can't deliver my fridge still no reference that my refund has been actioned. I regret buying from them and I will never ever buy from them. I will even go at length to tell my family and friends about the pathetic service they give
