No delivery of paid goods - nearly a month now

Ordered a Laptop on the 24th April 2020. Tracking system clearly shows that the Laptop is being out with the courier RTT since 6th May 2020 for delivery. RTT does not answer telephone numbers as displayed on the website. HiFi Corps escalation line is being contacted DAILY for the past 4 days with seemingly no more action taken by HiFi Corp than to send a few e mails. "Explanations" range from, "it is due to COVID 19 backlog" to "we cannot contact the courier company" to "you will be contacted when delivery will take place"...
