No delivery of item or answers

Still waiting for my order from Nov - no answer on calls or emails #***. Phone numbers of the delivery team and call centre just ring. Facebook people tell me to use the contact page or email... done all of the above! When trying to track my order, states refund? I don't want a refund, I want the stove!
