No delivery of goods

I ordered online @ hifi corp they never informed me that the goods are out of stock and now i keep going back and forth calling them but still i haven't received my goods, i was promised that my goods will be in the branch on Monday as they have ordered but still not and no one seems to bother updating me as to when i will be receiving the items, really bad service.
