No delivery of fridge purchased on the 27 of November 2019.

I am utterly disgusted by their lack of service and incompetence of this company. I purchased a fridge Online on the 27th of November. Their standard delivery time says 2-5 days. 12 working days later and I am still without a fridge. I have tried several times to get hold of HI-FI Corp but after numerous calls and waiting on the line for over 40 minutes for the order tracking department to answer I gave up trying. I got through one day in last when a female answered the phone and as soon as I said hello then she dropped the phone in my ear. I told my friend about the same deal and she also suffered the same fate as I. This morning again I have called 4 times, waiting on the line for almost 30 minutes each time and have not been able to get hold of the order tracking department or an agent to query. I called the warehouse this morning and this lady told me that I need to get through to the Call Centre as they are the only people that can help me. Oh and then I reached out on their facebook profile and over there you have a Pity Party that answers your comments, first of all, they know absolutely nothing and they are only there to apologize when you complain. They told me they will log a formal complaint on the 5 December 2019. The reference number is *** and nobody have even attempted to call or email me regarding my complaint. I will never purchase anything from Hifi Corporation again. I do not even know why they are still in business.
