No delivery of fridge purchased on the 1st of Dec.

I gave this review a 1 because there is no value below. Utterly disgusted by their lack of service and incompetence. My daughter purchased a fridge Online on the 1st of December. Their standard delivery time says 2-5 days. The fridge was purchased for my mom who has just returned from NZ after 9 years and is furnishing her new home , 12 days later and she is still without her fridge. We have tried several times to get hold of HI FI Corp but after numerous calls waiting on the line for over 20 minutes for the order tracking department to answer we gave up trying. Yesterday December 11th my daughter managed to get hold of them. She was told that the fridge was still in their warehouse .She had no idea why nor could she give a valid reason why it had not been dispatched. This morning again I have called 6 times , waiting on the line for almost 15 minutes each time and have not been able to get hold of the order tracking department or an agent to query. My mum is unable to purchase food for her home and has to make a trip to the supermarket every single day because she can not keep food stuff that requires refrigeration .Their incompetence and utter disregard for customers is disgusting. !!!
