NO DELIVERY MADE AFTER 2 WEEKS OF PURCHASE ONLINE

I ordered a washing machine at HifiCorp online, paid for it in full on the 23 Aug 2019, today it is the 9th of September and i haven't received anything from them.

I called at their call center, spoke to a lady named Pammy and she said she will refer my matter further, bear in mind this was the second time i called them.

it is really frustrating that i have to waste my time and call them for something i have purchased and paid for, i have sent emails no response. yet their page say delivery takes 2 to 6 working days.
