No delivery for order, no customer courtesy

I am starting to believe these people are ******, I believe they sell stock they don't have. I ordered 2 items on the 30th of November 2025 and only received 1 item. I have been calling, they don't have a straight answer. I am still in the dark as to when, if ever I will receive my parcel. Customer courtesy is not there at all with these people. I regret making a purchase with them, I should have stuck with Takealot like I normally do. Worst online experience ever! One mistake I will never repeat, making a purchase koHi fi Corporation!!
