No delivery

I've placed an order with @hificorp on 2 Dec. Package was out for delivery on 5 Dec and there has not been a delivery till date. Skynet, their courier company, indicated that the package was compromised in a hijacking. I've contacted @hificorp numerous times regarding the claims process without a response.
