NO DELIVERY

I placed an order on the 07/10 to this day I have not received my order. I have emailed, logged complaints amd phoned with no one getting back to me. Today 01/11 someone could finally give me some feedback only to tell me that they're out of stock. When I placed my order there was stock available. Almost a month later and this is the feedback I get.
