NO Delivery and shocking customer service from HiFi- Corporation

Purchased an item online on the 19th of December 2019. The website promises delivery between 7-10 workdays. Today is day 12 and apparently it is still at the warehouse. Customer service cannot put you through to anyone at the warehouse that can assist. In fact they cannot put you through to anyone!! All they can do is log a complaint and " someone" will get back to me within 24Hours! I already logged a complaint 7 days ago on the 2nd of January 2020 and I am still waiting for someone to call!! This is the most shocking service I have ever received! Be warned, do not buy anything online from HiFi- Corporation!!!
