No delivery and no communication

I placed a delivery for a pineware electric bucket on the 07th of July 2020 and the maximum waiting time for deliveries is 5 days. Its the 17th of July 2020 today and I still have not received my order. To top it all off I haven't received any communication from them regarding this delay in delivery. We are troubled by the COVID-19 pandemic and we don't want to leave our houses too much so we rely on buying online but this is unacceptable. I will not be buying from them anytime soon.
