No delivery

I bought a fridge cash in store at Mitchell's Plain branch.. They informed me they will deliver today.20/11/2021 from warehouse. I took oof from work.. I have been waiting and nothing.. Then I called them and was informed that they will deliver at 17:00.. They **** and I was told I will receive call if delivery was late.. No called received from them.. It's now dark outside. I Wil never shop at hifi corporations again.. If this is how they treat their cash paying customers
